**Channel Sales Representative - Antec Controls**
- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts/territories.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.
- Perform detailed competitor analysis and keep up to date on market trends.
- Participate in networking events, tradeshows, and various sales visits.
- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
- Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or Business.
- 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Channel sales experience, an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Naturally and comfortably team oriented — enjoys collaboration.
- Persistent, ambitious and have a strong drive for success with proven sales results.
- Customer centric demeanor.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States 25-50% of the time.
