**Job Duties**:
- **Human resources-** onboarding, training, support, and evaluations.
- **Bookings-** Program planning, scheduling, and coordinating classes.
- **Health & Safety-** Ensuring health and Safety (COR) protocols are at the highest possible standard.
- **Office tasks**: Telephone registrations, various educational and administrative projects, and customer service.
**Required skills**:
- Strong skills with Excel, Word, and Internet.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to multi task.
- Friendly, positive, kind, supportive, and professional attitude.
- Skilled in problem solving and critical thinking.
- Professional (business casual) dress at all times.
- Very tidy and organized. This is a vital skill in this position to keep paperwork in order.
- Low level of absenteeism/lateness in past employment
- Able to work independently
- High level of written and spoken English
- Good computer/internet skills.
- Driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a police and child welfare screening check.
- 40+ WPM minimum
**Salary**: $22.50-$25.50 per hour

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Application question(s):
- Able to accept a weekend shift to do staff evaluations. Usually only one day every month or two, and you choose the dates that work for your schedule.
