**Position Description**

Interface Fluidics is seeking a Laboratory Technician (full-time onsite) to join its Operations Team. The Laboratory Technician will conduct routine lab testing on our proprietary microfluidic setup and report to the Project Engineer. All required training will be provided.

**Duties**
- Conduct lab tests including setting up apparatus, storing and preparing samples, running tests, calibrating devices, and cleaning apparatus.
- Using relevant computer software programs for data entry and perform quality assurance.
- Assist developing SOP and experimental procedure for new projects.
- Maintain a high standard of lab safety and lab tidiness.
- Assist with operations and data analysis.
- Storage and inventory of samples and chemicals.
- Lab organization and housekeeping.
- Performs other related duties assigned by supervisor(s).

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in chemistry, or diploma in chemical technology or nanotechnology.
- Strong written/verbal English communication skills as well as organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Great spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Positive attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
- Previous lab/nanotechnology experience is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
