The Project Integration Coordinator is a national position supporting the company’s calibration business. This person will liaise with various sales team and service departments on a national level to assist with new customer acquisition, maintaining existing customers and supplying active customer lists/reports to the team.

The Project Integration Coordinator’s objective will be to increase our market share, automate our processes and to maintain & surpass our customer service objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating various customer reports based on the database and accreditation department for each branch
- Developing an integration plan with the management team; provide quotation and create the project scope
- Coordinate and support scheduling, logistics and execution of the project
- Monitoring & follow-up with the internal team and with external customers
- Following up with customers & appropriately escalate problems/complaints
- Create an annual report and analysis on new customer acquisitions, lost customer and number of compliance

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education, preferably in Business or Project Management
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to visualize data in a compact and meaningful way using Excel
- **Self-driven and adapt to quickly to feedback**
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with a high level of detail with speed and accuracy
- Ability to deliver and respect deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve objectives
