**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice and support to educators and caregivers on best practices in early childhood education.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff working with children, focusing on effective teaching strategies and classroom management.
- Collaborate with families and community organizations to create inclusive environments for children with disabilities.
- Assess educational programs and provide recommendations for improvement based on current research and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to educate stakeholders on early childhood development and effective caregiving techniques.
- Monitor progress of implemented strategies and adjust approaches as necessary to meet the needs of children.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience working with children in classroom settings or caregiving roles.
- Ability to educate others effectively, demonstrating clear communication skills.
- Understanding of the unique needs of individuals with disabilities and how to support their development.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Compassionate approach to working with children, families, and educators, fostering a supportive environment.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
