About the role:
We are looking for a collaborative and passionate professional to help us achieve our ambitious mission to reimagine the Psoriatic Arthritis patient journey by leading the execution of an innovative project which will disrupt the Healthcare System. As a Strategic Partner, you will be responsible for managing and implementing scalable solutions that aim to shorten the patient journey by accelerating the time to diagnosis and treatment.
The role reports directly into the Director of Strategic Partnership for the Immunology Therapeutic Area and closely with the cross-functional team and field associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive a detailed mapping of the patient journey, care gaps, and sharing insights that impact the development of key solutions and the therapeutic area strategy.
- Conduct an in-depth key customer needs analyses to uncover challenges and refine/focus value proposition.
- Create and implement customized beyond the pill solutions for key customers/accounts to establish long-term partnerships, build advocacy, and ensure long-term growth.
- Act as the lead for all large account plans, anticipate needs, and coordinate field and other functions to ensure alignment on predefined and agreed upon strategic objectives.
- Lead the execution of projects and initiatives that aim to shorten the patient journey by accelerating the time to diagnosis.
- Communicate and execute on scalable projects /initiatives to ensure deployment across region where applicable.
- Grow business in the account by strengthening Key Account overall satisfaction, creating mutual valuable initiatives and reinforcing the overall partnership offered by Novartis.
- Orchestrate and foster collaboration within the X-functional team (Brand, Medical, V&A, BE&E) by providing customers insights, asking propelling and challenging questions. Leading without authority and acting as an agent of change.

**Role Requirements**

Essential Requirements:

- University degree, health sciences or business administration preferable, Master’s Degree or MBA an asset with a minimum of 5 years of related field experience with a strong record of achievements.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to define, build and carry forward account strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various groups and commitment to teamwork.
- Proven business acumen with entrepreneurial aptitudes (scalability of initiatives)
- Highly energetic and self-motivated.

Desirable Requirements:

- Previous brand management experience is a plus.
- Experience in the Rheumatology Field (inside and outside Pharmaceutical Industry) is an asset.
