**About the Role**:
The Procurement Manageris responsible for coordinating and maintaining documentation associated with the identification, acquisition, completion and transfer of real estate prizes and overseeing procurement of other product prizes to support lottery programs.

We are looking to fill this position in our Toronto, Ontario location and will be a hybrid of remote and in the office work.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Research, evaluate and present product opportunities for all lottery prizing.
- Prepare and facilitate RFIs/RFPs/tendering for all lottery prizing.
- Prepare pitch presentations for vendors and clients.
- Assist with the refinement of systems and processes for procurement of lottery prizes.
- Coordinate all aspects of real estate acquisition; monitor all active properties including regulatory (lottery licensing), due diligence, legal contract review, tracking of expenses and payments.
- Assist the marketing team with prize content gathering, proofing and interface with vendors and suppliers as needed for approvals, etc.
- Coordinate prize fulfillment distribution of prizes.
- Assist with customer inquiries and prize winner communications.
- Prepare program correspondence (letters, memos, documents, client recommendations).
- Develop meeting agendas, attend meetings, prepare pre and post meeting documentation.
- Keep abreast of regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in business or related discipline.
- 3+ years of business-related work experience in a related industry (i.e. construction, real estate sales, procurement, contract administration)
- Intermediate level skills with MS Office, Outlook, Google docs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to develop positive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A valid G2 driver’s license.
- Air travel will be required.
