**Job Summary**: Everlabs is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role will encompass responsibilities in customer service, general administration, and the crucial task of increasing our market visibility through social media, neighborhood outreach, and paid digital advertising. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
- **General Administration**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, document management, and office coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative needs.
- **Market Visibility**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate neighborhood outreach initiatives to establish and strengthen local partnerships.
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media and advertising efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.
**Schedule**:
- Wednesday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Thursday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
