**As a Workplace Systems Specialist, a typical day might include**:

- Monitors Office Systems Inbox
- Co-Manage Office Systems such as phones, video platform, hot desk booking, and cyber awareness training)
- Completes Office Systems Team Onboarding and Offboarding tasks, as required
- Maintain On-Site Office Systems inventory
- Assist with reassigning Epic Activities and/or assists in recoding or clean up projects, as required
- Assist with Processing Epic download and suspense items, as required
- Works with VP and Manager, on acquisition, merger and integration projects, as they arise and relate to the Office Systems team
- Assist the Office Systems Manager with maintenance of various vendor relationships
- Support the Department Manager in general Office Systems tasks
- Performs other Business Systems Team tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
- Previous insurance industry experience, an asset

**Must Haves**:

- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
