**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in computer programming (front and back end), preferably in a health care and/or research setting. Advanced database and data design knowledge level of programming knowledge in SQL. Advanced software development skills. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC. Experience using T-SQL and MySQL. Knowledge of creating Server Architecture documentation. Experience in maintaining SAML authenticated websites. Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps.
