Pressure Washing Technician

We are looking for an exterior cleaning technician to join our team. Training is provided. Must be willing to learn and to perform a variety of cleaning tasks.

This job position entails property maintenance and cleaning the exterior of properties, buildings, etc (no interior cleaning involved).

Exrerior cleaning involves but is not limited to:
Pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, roof cleaning, general upkeep and property maintenance, etc

Full training provided, no experience is necessary.

Will be trained to operate commercial pressure washing and soft washing equipment.

Must be comfortable with using ladder. Drivers license, own vehicle and clean driving record is preferred.

Lots of room for promotion and growth. Long term position, with the potential for commision sales and consistent pay.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
