As our scheduling coordinator you will be managing and arranging our daily appointments as well as maintaining our waitlist and minimizing open time. **Excellent phone etiquette and a deep understanding of dental procedures and terminology is required.** Greeting and screening patients, processing claims and taking payments will also be required at different times throughout the day. Working knowledge of Abeldent is necessary. Our office is open a wide variety of hours and this position will include 2-3 evenings per week (M-Th) and 2 Saturday's per month. Polish speaking is considered an asset
