Patent 5 is a company on the move. As the leading Craft Distiller in Manitoba, located in Winnipeg’s historic Exchange District, Patent 5 aims to solidify its position as an Industry Innovator. Paramount to this journey will be the continued focus on developing award-winning premium spirits from locally sourced raw materials.

Patent 5 is now looking for an exceptional sales leader to help guide this exciting journey. Not your typical sales role, Patent 5 is looking for a unique skill set gained from extensive exposure to the Beverage Alcohol Industry within Manitoba and Saskatchewan. A single key role that blends the skill sets of retail and on-premise selling, with head office key account management proficiency. An exceptionally skilled salesperson at heart, you have thrived within the retail, on-premise and key account functions in Manitoba and Saskatchewan with a continued desire to learn more. Working knowledge from other markets in Western Canada and Eastern Canada would be a definite asset. Previous successes within these unique marketplaces will ensure that this individual has an important voice within the leadership team at Patent 5.

If you prove to be right for the role, you will become an important part of the senior team that will guide the business to continued successwithin Manitoba and beyond. There will be a total compensation package commensurate with both your experience level, and your future potential to accomplish even more. This will include a competitive salary, vehicle allowance, and a performance-based bonus as established by Patent 5.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Automobile allowance

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- sales: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
