Job Duties:

- Pick up/drop off crew
- Drive crew to and from job site
- General maintenance of company vehicle
- Take shingles to the dump (Trailer)
- Clean trailer after dump
- Ground cleanup
- Clean gutters
- Ensure clean trailer loads - Separate materials (metal,shingles,wood, plastic, garbage etc)
- Remove debris from roofs
- Clean gutters
- Install/Assist with Install Ice/water shield
- Install/Assist with Install underlayment (paper)
- Feed shingles to roofer(s)
- restock nails, shingles, staples and other jobsite materials
- Run shingles up ladder (occasionally)
- Use hand tools and other equipment (e.g Hammers,ladder,ripper,harnesses and ropes)
- Lift weight Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- Follow safety rules

Work site environment/Conditions
- Heights, Outdoors (various weather conditions)
- Various locations
- 8-12 hour shifts
- 7 days a week (weather permitting)
- Fast-paced environment
- Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Repetitive tasks

Certification
- First Aid Certificate.
- Fall Arrest (we will provide training if you don’t have it)

Requirements and skills
- A valid drivers license is Mandatory
- Experience as a roofer
- Some carpentry skills
- Attention to detail
- Hand-eye co-ordination.
- Experience using various hand tools and equipment
- Lift weight Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- Physical strength and good balance
- Ability to work at heights for long hours
- Follow safety rules

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
