**As an Equipment Operator, You Will**:
- Be able to operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow safety precautions, procedures, and policies
- Perform manual labour duties as required in the role
- Other duties as assigned
**What You'll Bring**:
- Have a valid G driver’s license
- Previous construction and operating experience will be considered an asset
- Mechanically inclined will be considered an asset
- Previous experience operating paving equipment
- Daily exposure to construction environment
- Ability to perform physical labour, work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 50lbs
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- Punctual, reliable and a team player
