**Procurement Manager**

Reports to: CEO

**ABOUT SMILE INNOVATIONS GROUP**

Smile Innovations Group is national organization focused on the consolidation of dental labs and development of dental products and services. Our management team has a long history and experience in the dental and financial industries providing a wide range of knowledge. Our team has been involved in a long list of M&A deals and has experience in the operational management of large-scale businesses.

**Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
**1.Procurement Strategy**:

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Forecast future purchasing needs and establish procurement plans accordingly.

**2. Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and resolve any issues or disputes.

**3. Order Management**:

- Oversee the entire purchasing process, from requisition through to delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and maintain accurate records.

**4. Cost Control**:

- Develop and manage budgets for procurement activities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.
- Analyze purchasing data to optimize spend and improve procurement efficiency.

**5. Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, including cost analysis and supplier performance.

**6. Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor the purchasing team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across various departments.
