**Supply Chain Coordinator**:
**Specific** **Duties**:

- Oversee shipping/receiving and fulfilment
- Oversee inventory and provide month end inventory counts by location
- Track and report on logistics and best practices for process improvement
- Assist sales and marketing with inventory planning and the movement of products for promotional events requiring shipment of finished goods.
- Prepare all necessary documents for cross border shipment and working with customs brokers
- Monitor and act on customer inquiry directly related to shipping and customer sales support.
- Coordinate needs of the operations team to ensure movement of all good
- Provide sales data & operations reports as required
- Manage retail partner vendor portals
- Manage Outcast CRM system

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- CPG operations experience preferred or closely related qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- CRM system knowledge
- Above average computer skills
- Microsoft office, outlook & excel
- PowerPoint

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- CPG operations experience is considered an asset

**Compensation**

A compensation package will be designed to attract outstanding talent and will include a base salary and an attractive benefits package.
