Assistant Manager:
BGM Dance Studio is searching for an organized self-starter to be our new assistant manager. The assistant manager's responsibilities include reporting directly to the manager and working with managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently. You should also be well-versed in internal operations, take minutes at meetings, complete daily admin tasks as required.

**Responsibilities**:
This position reports to the Senior Manager. Duties may include:

- Managing class schedules and booking classes
- Managing Official WeChat account, including answering and forwarding clients' inquiries
- Setting annual/monthly/weekly marketing plans and strategies
- Responding to performance or business cooperation requests
- Reaching out to related local business for potential cooperation
- Assisting onsite at events or performance as needed (some might be out of regular working hours)
- Assisting Senior Manager to lead the group to achieve monthly goal
- Managing private classes schedules and student's record
- Supervising part-time Course Consultants
- Checking in students of group classes if needed
- Coordinating video filming programs if needed
- Supporting bookkeeping and payroll activities as needed
- Maintaining organized and accurate records, updating databases, calendars, and other files
- Maintaining studio visualization standard
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in administrative roles or marketing industry
- Completed College Diploma in Office Administration (or relevant study) considered an asset but not required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Work experience in dance industry considered a strong asset but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn.
- Flexible with schedule changing, able to work on weekends and evenings
- Business level of communication skills in person and in writing in both Mandarin and English.
