**Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that you monitor and observe guests dining experience
- Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- Contribute as a team with your front of house and back of house team in creating the best guest experience you can
- Provide information on upcoming events and promotions to your guests
