**The Role**

This role focuses on helping ATCOenergy customers love the places they live and work. As we continue to grow, our Happiness Advisors will be cross-trained to handle the needs of both Rümi Products & Services and ATCOenergy clients. Our operations span 7 days a week and we’re looking for flexible team players to join us

**On a daily basis you’ll**
- You’ll ask questions, provide solutions for current and potential customers
- Make sales for a multitude of home and business-related concerns
- Provide residential and business support to energy customers
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

**Who you are**:

- You are a good listener.
- You think quickly on your toes and trust your judgement
- You bring that feel-good vibe with you to the office

**What you have**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Customer service experience: Ideally in retail, hospitality, sales, contact centres or financial services
- Excellent command of the English language: Oral and written
- Strong knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills (min 40 wpm)
- Available to work during hours of operation that span 7 days/week and flexible to move shifts
- Comfortable with social media, smartphones, online tools and mobile apps
