Our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division is looking for you to join the Outside Sales team in our Edmonton, AB market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Vendor Managed Inventory and Consignment Management
- Placing Orders for an assigned group of customers
- Order management (back orders, order fulfillment)
- Core and Warranty Management
- House Account Development
- Regular Call Cycle for an assigned group of customers
- Follow Up on Customer Leads
- Vacation Coverage
- Backfill during scheduled PTO for Outside Sales team to assigned group of customers
- Strong Team Player
- Strong ability to work with Branch Managers and Outside Sales
- Attend and contribute to schedule Sales and Operations Meetings
- Strong Communication Skills both Verbally and Written as you will have interactions with internal and external stakeholders
**Qualifications**
To join our team, you need:
- 5 Years Heavy Duty Parts Experience or Related Trade Certificate
- Self-Motivated - ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
- Results Driven
- Experience in role where you have been accountable for results
- Customer Focused - must demonstrate strong follow up, attention to detail, and customer first mentality
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Strong Presentation Skills and Written Communication Skills
- Must be able to learn and leverage Computer Systems
- Must be open to change management and suggest ways to change to drive efficiency
- Must be available for regular travel
