**Position Description**:
As a member of the Stores and Receiving team, you will provide efficient supply and equipment distribution service throughout the Hospital in a timely, efficient and orderly manner. You will assist in receiving, stocking and issuing functions within the department.

**Shifts**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00PM

Although this posting indicates an initial area of assignment and shift, the Hospital reserves the right to assign to other areas of assignment and shifts as deemed necessary.

**Here's What You'll Get To Do**
- Respond promptly to service requests
- Perform all duties according to Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures
- Delivers all supplies, furniture & equipment
- Assists in the supply order picking duties
- Assist in the receiving of stock and put-away duties
- Fills containers as required from bulk alcohol & solvents
- Pick up and disposal of chemical waste
- Assists in the process of receiving of non-stock orders
- Participate in cycle and physical inventory counts
- Assist in keeping the work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Perform Loading dock duties when necessary
- Perform other duties as necessary

**Here's What You'll Need**
- Minimum Education Required: (grade 12 or equivalent)
- Ability to work with numbers and familiar with supply replenishment processes
- Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English
- Attention to accuracy and detail is required
- Ability to communicate and work in a team setting and in a children's hospital environment
- A commitment to understanding and aiding in the pursuit of equity, diversity & inclusion

- 0.40FTE**
