**Duties**:

- Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus
