What is it?

The Automotive Detailers are a key player in the process of sales and service for our dealership. Detailers ensure that vehicles are properly cleaned and prepped prior to the delivery to the customer. This includes working with a variety of cleaning agents and techniques. The Detail team works with both the Sales and Service teams to coordinate vehicle preparation. The regular hours for this position will be day shifts from Monday to Friday, and may include rotational shifts on Saturdays.

What can I expect?

New Detailer who joins our team are fully trained with the process of cleaning and services. They start with learning about the cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and learning about car inspection and keeping accurate records of vehicle condition. There will be a lot of time spent shadowing and learning from senior team members who have honed their skills and readily share their expertise.

What do I need?

The minimum requirement of High school diploma or equivalent and a driver's license with good driving record.

Some of the things that will make you successful in this position are:
Attention to detail with excellent customer service.

Having command on communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Having any experience in Detailing is an asset.
