Founded in 1926, E.C. Phillips And Son is a family-owned and operated seafood processing company with operations in Southeast Alaska and Richmond, BC. We are a specialty fresh and frozen seafood processing and distribution company serving both domestic and international markets.

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Research, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals
- Manage the proposal submission process to meet all deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to gather information necessary for proposals
- Maintain current records in database and other systems
- Conduct market research to identify new funding opportunities

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in utilizing databases for research and grant tracking
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with funders
- Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar fundraising software is a plus
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify potential funding sources
- Marketing and design skills a plus
