**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Sault Ste. Marie, ON. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to clients, the Broker and Mortgage Agents. Tasks include phone etiquette, communication, clerical skills, and other general office tasks as required.
**Qualifications**
- ADVANCED proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365 and EXCEL spreadsheets
- Social Media Marketing skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate understanding of computer technology
- Sage Accounting skills (ie. payroll, payables, receivables, etc.) or Equivalent
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of Mortgage practices (beneficial)
We offer a competitive wage. Hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Wage to be determined by experience. Position available immediately.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
