A little about the job...
As a paid media specialist, you will be at the forefront of devising and implementing paid media advertising strategies that not only drive revenue but also propel our clients firmly toward their objectives. Your expertise will be the driving force behind crafting persuasive ad campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms, managing advertising budgets, and relentlessly optimizing campaign performance. You will dive into data to uncover insights, continuously refining marketing tactics to ensure success. By managing paid search and paid social campaigns, you’ll be focused on audience targeting and expanding opportunities for growth. You'll be in a perpetual quest, seeking answers to critical questions: What's underperforming and why? What fresh opportunities lie ahead? How can we most effectively scale the campaign for maximum impact?

A little about you...

Your Experience:

- 3+ years of ad buying and managing experience across paid acquisition platforms
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing and PPC best practices and strategies
- Proven experience building, maintaining, and optimizing successful digital strategies and paid media campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Meta, and Twitter
- Ability to effectively manage multiple goals (revenue, engagement, awareness) and to continuously improve month-over-month KPI targets
- Proficiency in managing mid-to-large-scale budgets
- Great at copywriting. You can write compelling ad copy that gets (and converts) the click. And can easily craft new angles on demand
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong analytical skills, able to analyze data and spot trends, trim the fat, and scale what’s working
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with GA4 (you may have shed tears over the sunsetting of UA)

- Google Ads certified in Search, Display, Shopping, and Video
- Microsoft Ads certified
- Meta certified
- Google Analytics certified
