Reporting to the HRIS Manager, as a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will act as an expert in information systems and HR data, within the scope for which you are responsible. You participate in process optimization and development, as well as in the implementation of HRIS systems that support the company. You define requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, in order to develop and implement solutions and recommend relevant improvements.

**THE ROLE**:

- Ensure data quality, integrity and compliance in HR systems and validate data-related changes;
- Develop and maintain relevant reports and dashboards to meet business needs;
- Analyze and interpret data;
- Be the main administrator of the SuccessFactors solution for the recruitment, performance and compensation modules;
- Participate in the implementation of new HR systems, modules or functionalities, in collaboration with the various teams involved (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance);
- Understand the dependencies between all modules in order to assess impacts and mitigate risks;
- Participate in the optimization of systems in accordance with regulations, legislation or changes in policies and processes;
- Participate in the management of system updates from time to time;
- Analyze, model and document HR processes. Keep process documentation and changes up to date;
- Provide support and assistance to HR team members and users of the various HR systems;
- Advise and assist customers or users with a view to improving the user experience;
- Provide coaching on existing systems;
- Ensure good business relations with external suppliers.
- Ideally 5 years' experience in Human Resources, including 3 years in HRIS;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Good knowledge of HR processes;
- Solid knowledge of EXCEL;
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and attention to detail;
- Sense of organization and priorities;
- Curiosity, creativity and resourcefulness;
- Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English.
- Knowledge of UKG, SuccessFactors, Ceridian, ADP or Kronos (an asset).
