We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Sign Installer to join our team. As a Real Estate Sign Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility of properties on the market by installing signs, banners, and other marketing materials. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients in the competitive real estate market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install real estate signs, including for sale, for rent, open house, and directional signs, at various properties.
- Ensure that signs are installed securely and in accordance with company standards, local regulations, and property owner guidelines.
- Maintain and repair signs as needed to ensure they remain in top condition.
- Safely transport signs and installation equipment to and from job sites.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate installation schedules and address client requests.
- Keep accurate records of installed signs and materials used.
- Assist in the creation of custom sign designs when necessary.
- Occasionally, help with the removal of signs and materials as listings are sold or rented.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in sign installation, construction, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry signage and equipment.
- Knowledge of local sign regulations and permitting processes is a plus.
