Cleaner/labourer

**Requirements**:
**Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, kneel, and use hands to handle objects.**
A valid driver’s license is required for this position and the job requires your own transportation. **Have a clean driving record.**
Be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the site, including but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, cleaning surfaces, etc.
**Be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.**

Provide great customer service to clients.
