**The HR Generalist is an entry-level position in the Human Resources department and is responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources operations. The HR generalist works with the HR manager to organize training programs, policy administration, hiring procedures, and other administrative tasks in the Human Resources department.**
***Job Duties**:
**Using the systems, tools and established protocols developed by IntegrateIT, the HR Generalist is responsible for the following duties**:
- ** Use HR tools to organize and manage employee records, and perform HR functions**:
- ** Reinforce the company policies and procedures to ensure employees’ safety and compliance**:
- ** Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions**:
- ** Review and shortlist resumes during hiring processes and update HR database systems**:
- ** Implement onboarding strategies and perform new employees' orientation**:
- ** Prepare training materials and deliver ongoing staff training**:
- ** Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data**:
- ** Arrange or conduct seminars, workshops, and additional HR training based on the needs**
