Clinic Director - Lead Our Dynamic Team at Physiatrix Rehab

Are you a licensed physiotherapist with a passion for leadership and patient-centered care? Physiatrix Rehab, a thriving multi-disciplinary clinic, is seeking a dynamic Clinic Director to join our team and drive excellence across our services including physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, counselling, and more.

At Physiatrix Rehab, we take a holistic approach to health, offering cutting-edge treatments like shockwave therapy, dry needling, vestibular physiotherapy, and pelvic floor therapy. We are looking for a skilled physiotherapist who can inspire our talented team of healthcare professionals, foster collaboration, and ensure exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of therapists and support staff
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and community engagement
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinic efficiency
- Build relationships with referring healthcare providers and the local community

What We’re Looking For:

- Must be a licensed physiotherapist with strong leadership experience
- Proven background in managing a healthcare setting, preferably in a multi-disciplinary clinic
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative clinic culture
- A passion for innovation in rehabilitation and holistic healthcare
