This position will involve conducting seismograph monitoring during blasting operations. Training is provided. Must have steel-toed boots. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who will pay close attention to detail.

**YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE.** Must also live near the HRM area.

**Duties**:

- You will be required to set up seismograph equipment at the job site
- Obtain blast information from the blasting contractor
- Download seismograph data received to internal data system
- Travel may be required throughout Nova Scotia

Hours: 40 per week

Contract length: 24 months
