Your role as a Service Advisor will be to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment that involves constant interaction with customers in person, over the phone and online. You will be involved in the customer’s vehicle service needs being determined, reviewed and completed while ensuring the customer is involved and aligned resulting high level customer satisfaction.

**As a service advisor you will**:

- Welcomes the customer warmly on arrival and obtains information about their boat or outboard.
- Explain the nature of the work performed and all the costs to the customer.
- Advise customers on how to look after their cars and stress the importance of maintenance, based on the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Maintains high standard of customer satisfaction
- Ensures that customers are informed of all promotions and services provided by the dealership.

- Ability to work under mínimal supervision with computerized systems.
- Highly approachable, customer-oriented individual who thrives on offering exceptional service to customers.
- Strong communication skills, ability to listen carefully and to give precise instructions.
