We are presently recruiting for a full-time Inventory Planning role available in our Logistics & Supply Chain Department.

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Working Days & Hours**:Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

**Location**: Richmond, BC

**Position Overview**:

- Replenishes inventory for key account customers, as per customer’s guidelines, while taking into consideration any possible risk management to their portfolio.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Forecasts product demand for Assigned accounts
- Loads forecast into Inventory Planning system
- Using CW forecasting model calculates future product demand
- Validates customer supplied forecasts
- Maintain Pricing for assigned Accounts
- Provides reporting to assigned accounts
- Provides back up and support to other team members
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Competencies**:

- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Independently identifies and analyses readily available facts
- Some creative problem solving is required to execute assigned work
- Provides input on priorities and policies directly affecting their role
- Attention to detail, excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Advance computer skills, such as MS Excel and Word
- Superior verbal and written communication skills

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Ability to visit the warehouse when required
- Must be able to work on-site
- Proven client facing customer service experience
