**About the Program**

The Skills for Success (SFS) is a blended learning program designed by Prepr to support people early in their career who face employment barriers by giving them highly desirable skills, including employability skills, digital marketing skills as well as Prepr’s signature PIE method (project leadership, innovation & entrepreneurship) for interdisciplinary problem-solving.

Following the training, you will have the opportunity to connect with our network of employers and get a job opportunity related to digital marketing, social media management, or customer service.

We are looking for job seekers with education or experience in web development, data science and full stack development.

**Eligibility**
- You are a resident of Canada
- You are a citizen, refugee or permanent resident
- You are able to commit for the duration of the program
- Individuals from black communities, indigenous communities, visible minorities, persons with disabilities and women are encouraged to apply
- You have either studied or have experience in design, information technology (coding/ computing etc.), marketing or business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
