**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Director HR, the Manager HRBP is responsible for providing HRBP partnership, supporting the day to day HR operational needs for the business across key sites (Canada, India and Poland). The Manager
- HRBP will play a key role in driving forward the HR strategies, initiatives and projects across the organization.

Additionally, this role is an extension of the Global HR team that has some of the best people leaders and passionate individuals (in India, Greece and Sweden) working relentlessly to help our team members to be their best selves.

We'll be looking for you to bring your knowledge of all things people-related and pair it with a deep understanding of our business objectives to form a strong strategic partnership with the leaders and managers you will be supporting.

**Responsibilities**:
Execute on the HR agenda with the business, leveraging relationships and HR expertise to communicate policies & procedures, deliver against the strategic plan, and demonstrate alignment between HR programs, business objectives and our values.

Drive the recruitment process at all TripStack locations. Consistently monitor external factors that may impact, access to and retention of, talent;
Establish and maintain staffing policies, practices and metrics

Develop and implement workforce forecasting and planning tools based on accurate industry benchmarks.

Support leaders in creating and fostering a positive employee experience that results in a committed and capable workforce. This includes providing advice in the areas of change management, performance, employee coaching, conflict resolution, human resources practices, and establishing cultural expectations and norms.

Identify emerging trends, best practices and provide benchmarking analysis for total compensation/rewards plans to support recruitment, retention and engagement.

Identify and recommend continuous improvements and cost savings opportunities to benefit plans. Lead the administration of the annual merit review process and benefits programs.

Ensure execution and follow-up on core programs such as employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, culture, performance reviews, talent and leadership assessment.

Nurture an effective employer brand to align current staff and sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires.

Responsible for vendor management (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) and managing day-to-day facility/office operations.

Payroll supervision and management while ensuring compliance with regulations in the countries we operate in.

Maintain and ensure alignment with corporate headquarters and implement essential group policies and practices.

Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR team (2 direct reports).

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of progressive HR/business experience, with a focus on generalist/advisory support and performance management; with at least 5 years or experience leading global teams.
- Knowledge of applicable legislation (e.g. Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code, etc).
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with senior leaders, with the ability to provide robust recommendations, coach, influence and drive change in pursuit of best practice.
- Strong process orientation, with deep understanding of performance management frameworks and compensation philosophies.
- Proven ability to draw on data and analytics to provide insights, challenge the status quo, ask the questions that matter, and bring fresh thinking to the table.
- Experience working with various HR systems and tools like Workday, Excel, Google Suite, etc.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is considered an asset.
