**CASE MANAGER / CASE WORKER**

**Temporary Full-Time, Sunday - Thursday rotation of days, afternoons & nights - Up to 9 months**

Our services include emergency food and clothing; daily hot meals; emergency shelters for men, youth, families, women and children; transitional housing and education for homeless and street-involved youth; hospice palliative care; community mental health programs; and supportive housing programs. **This opportunity is with our Good Shepherd - West Ave - Women's Overflow Shelter, Women's Services**.

**How You Will Make an Impact**

Responsible for participating in Good Shepherd's Health and Safety programs, procedures, procedures and work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations to minimize risk to clients, staff and others as well as to the property of the Good Shepherd.

**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
- Applicants should possess a thorough knowledge of issues impacting cis women, trans and non-binary individuals including violence, abuse, mental illness, homelessness, poverty and substance use
- Experience working in a residential setting is preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Intake and Assessment
- A demonstrated commitment to the mission values of availability, flexibility, adaptability, hospitality and dignity is essential
- A post-secondary education is required
- C.P.R. certification (or willingness to be certified)
- A valid Ontario driver's license (G2) is also an asset
- Ability to speak French and/or other languages considered an asset

**HOURS - Temporary Full-Time (up to 9 months) - Sunday to Thursday with a rotation of days, afternoons and night shifts**
