We are seeking a Project Risk & Performance Section Head to join our Project Service Department. Under the general direction of
the Project Services Manager, is responsible to provide risk and project controls expertise for monitoring the performance of
generation, transmission, and distribution capital projects. Will be responsible for the development and implementation of key
processes and deliverables for risk management and project controls.
**_ Responsibilities:_**

Management Division.
- Assist project managers in identifying project risks and establishing independent contingency forecasts incorporating both
project specific and systemic risks.
- Liaison with Corporate Insurance for the procurement of insurance policies for projects, as well as in the preparation of
insurance claims and reviews.
- Lead the development, implementation, and reporting related to the portfolio risk register and contingency draw-down for the
Project Management Division.
- Lead the investigation, evaluation, development, and implementation of analytical tools, techniques and processes to support
the advancement of project controls processes and systems throughout the Project Management Division required to track
key performance indicators.
- Provide advanced and non-routine scenario analysis, research, and recommendations; prepare and present reports and
complex information to senior management
- Lead Trending and Forecasting on Projects using project controls data.
- Work closely with project managers, financial services, estimating services, planning & scheduling in implementation of project
- controls best practices.- Responsible to develop divisional policies and procedures related to risk and project controls.
- Provide training and expertise to project managers with respect to risk management best practices.
**_Qualifications:_**
- Graduate in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a University of recognized standing with a minimum of seven
years' experience of which three years' experience must have been in project management.
- Supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Experience or familiarity with risk management and project controls on complex projects is considered an asset.
- Experience with SAP is an asset. Experience with project controls tools is an asset.

**_ Salary Range_**
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $48.63-$66.62
Hourly,$93,185.30-$127,666.50 Annually.
