The Parkway Retirement Community is looking for a **Recreation Coordinator** to join their team

This full-time position is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of all social and recreation based programs within the building. It encompasses a wide variety of programming including, but not limited to exercise class, crafts, games, baking classes, presentations, entertainment, outings, clubs, special events, etc. Some duties would include, preparing a monthly calendar/newsletter based on input from our tenants/staff, facilitating all programs, ordering supplies, preparing recreation assessments, maintaining a budget and attending outings.

Knowledge and education in the Recreation field and previous experience in a recreation position would be preferred. Experience working with seniors would be considered an asset. Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
