Responsibilities:

- Inbound and outbound communications with customers, clients and technicians; by voice, video and other electronic means.
- Data entry and manipulation
- Support for customers and service desk
- Dispatching service requests to Technicians
- Updating service requests & contacts on every touch point for accuracy and validity
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients to understand their IT service needs
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing user inquiries and resolving IT-related problems
- Utilize ticketing system to track and document service requests
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operation of office technology

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
