In this permanent full time role you will oversee the day-to day administrative responsibilities of the Allturf office while working with various departments and functions. Key responsivities will include:

- Provide full administration for the office of 50 people ensuring smooth operations
- Maintain supplies and operations of office equipment and supplies
- Ensure office set up and building operations are functional and arrange for any necessary repairs to be completed as the primary contact for service providers
- Responsible for all administrative invoice submissions and payments
- Reception duties including greeting and supporting clients/guests and phone reception overflow support if required
- Prepare a variety of internal and external correspondence, reports and charts using PC software tools including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in a Windows environment
- Schedule meetings for staff as required
- With guidance from HRBP, support HR activities including recruiting, benefits administration, personnel records, payroll, onboarding, health & safety and social events

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- At minimum, a college diploma with at least 4 years experience in a progressively responsible administrative role
- Confident in their abilities to handle a fast-paced work environment with a high level of autonomy and proactively problem solve
- Computer proficient, and excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite, Intermediate skills in Excel
- Experience meeting firm timelines and using judgement to prioritize workload, often with conflicting priorities
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities coupled with solid interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail
- A strong team-player who recognizes we sink or swim together
- _A Health & Safety / First Aid background is a bonus as is an I.T./Helpdesk background_

This is an in-office role and reliable transportation is required due to the location.
