Our **Administration Office **in Red Deer is looking for a full-time **People & Culture Administrator **that will assist the P&C Team with day-to-day tasks and the organization by ensuring compliance and alignment of P&C practices and processes with the retails' vision, mission and objectives.

**Full-time**:40 hours/week.

**Availability requirements**:Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to all inquiries (written, electronic, phone and in person) in a timely and confidential manner aligning with our core values of Integrity, Responsibility and Community.
- Support talent acquisition - ensure adherence to retail policy and standards for the talent acquisition process, including but not limited to the creation of postings, prescreens, interviews, references, and finalizing all onboarding/integration. Manage talent acquisition process in an organized, confidential and highly efficient manner.
- Assist People & Culture and Total Rewards with tasks assigned and maintain compliance with any/all governing authorities.
- Maintain organized, accurate data related to People & Culture (employee files, training records in the learning management system, updating WCB and P&C related spreadsheets, etc.)
- Assist team members and leaders with timelines by providing reminders and follow up for talent management deadlines (performance management, talent mapping, engagement, training and development, etc.).
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of job profiles for all roles within the organization ensuring development of clear, concise, accurate and succinct job profiles which outline general expectations of each position.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
- Manage the Long Term Service Awards Program (LTSA). The program includes creating monthly Long Term Service Awards recipients posters, ordering gifts, and inputting Bios on the Hub, organizing LTSA banquet, and assisting People & Culture Advisors as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma with a preference in Human Resources,
- 1-3 years of HR generalist experience is required - Payroll experience is an asset,
- Proficient attention to detail and quality,
- Advanced communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality,
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs,
- Ability to travel to Central Alberta Co-op locations to support managers as needed,
- Capacity to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
