We are searching for exceptional professionals to join our team and develop a long-term career. This person must be a seasoned Canadian immigration expert who values professionalism, customer service, and high-quality work.

**Duties**:

- Follow-up calls with clients, as required
- Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policies
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries
- Keeping work area organized
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear explanations to clients
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is a MUST

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
