We are looking for full-time **Solutions Associates (Customer Service Representatives)**.

You will be the first point of customer contact in the retail store. Through deep product knowledge and compassionate customer service skills, you will empower our customers to choose the right healthcare related products to support their healthcare needs.

**A typical day for our Solutions Associates**:

- Creating an amazing customer experience from start to finish.
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Processing cash register payments and processing merchandise returns.
- Working with internal Billing team to process customer orders
- Ensuring shelves and displays are well-stocked and organized.
- Completing pre-opening and post-closing tasks.

**What you need to succeed?**
- Previous customer service experience (ideally 2+ years) in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy including basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in close contact with customers who are injured or experiencing medical conditions
- Previous training or knowledge related healthcare or related medical fields is an asset.
