Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and coordinating services
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Support training development initiatives by organizing training materials and scheduling sessions
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in vendor management is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Previous experience in an administrative role is desired
