Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Vendor Compliance**: Ensure that cuddle+kind meets all vendor guidelines, specifications, and requirements for wholesale accounts with partners such as Nordstrom, Barnes & Noble, Indigo, and other key distributors.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels to fulfill wholesale orders accurately and on time, working closely with our supply chain and operations teams to align stock with demand.
- **Account Coordination**: Serve as the primary contact for national accounts, handling day-to-day communications, order tracking, and issue resolution to maintain strong client relationships.
- **Distributor Management**: Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely product delivery, adherence to order specifications, and a streamlined distribution process.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in the wholesale operations process.
- **Problem Solving**: Tackle issues related to order fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, and vendor compliance with a solution-oriented approach.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in a wholesale coordinator or related role, with exposure to national retail accounts and distributor management.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with vendor guidelines and processes for large accounts like Nordstrom, Barnes & Noble, and Indigo.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in inventory management software, order processing systems, and an aptitude for automation tools.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
