**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Use Microsoft Excel and Cutting Optimization Software to prepare the production schedule.
- Review the production schedule on a daily basis with the production supervisors and ensure all necessary parts and materials are available.
- Coordinate with the customer service department to communicate status updates in regards to orders.
- Perform inventory counts and update inventory in the ERP system
- Setup ERP system to place inventory in to dedicated racks and bins
- Assist with organizing facilities and continuous improvement projects
- Other duties as assigned

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be able to Speak, Read and Write English Fluently
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel is a must (will be tested)
- Must be comfortable working with computers and quick to learn new software
- Experience with material handling equipment forklift/reach is a strong asset
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

**Salary**: $47,000.00-$53,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)

Work Location: One location
