What you will do as a job title?

Daily calling to prospects who agreed to purchase to coordinate payment
Ensuring the right parties have the invoice and required information
Coordinate with Sales Executives to push through payment objections when they come up
Coordinate with finance on billing exceptions and requests
Execute daily steps on time part of collection plan
Document sales training gaps and coordinate with management so retraining can occur
Negotiate and problem solve with clients to ensure a smooth transition to payment and account setup
If a prospect ends up not paying, documenting why so we can ensure it doesn't happen again
Reduce the amount of reversals with New Business sales

Helpful Qualifications and Experience:
1+ year in Sales or role spent interacting daily with people on the phone
Ambitious, strategic, and passionate about sales
Experience creating urgency is an asset
Familiar with being accountable to goals
