**The Position**:
Logixx Security Inc. is currently hiring for a full time and a Full Time **Security Supervisor **to support our operations team in Scarborough, Ontario.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and manage a team of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with post orders and security protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
- Respond promptly to emergent events, issues, and client requests.
- Initiate preliminary investigations and write detailed incident reports.
- Utilize de-escalation skills to manage conflicts and resolve issues.
- Foster a teamwork-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to security staff.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records.
- Distribute and manage security equipment inventory.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
- Effectively manage high-stress situations and maintain composure under pressure.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a security or supervisory role.
- Minimum half a year of tactical experience.
- Strong physical presence and the ability to command respect.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in writing clear and detailed reports.
- Strong de-escalation skills and the ability to handle conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
- Ability to work day shifts.
- Valid security license and certifications as required by local regulations with first Aid.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
